These are literally amazing for the glutes. I dont care what anyone says or how many people look at you for doing these but do them. If you want to see a size or shape change in your booty then do them. Only difference I do is the cable kick backs standing instead of on all fours! But honestly these really grow the butt!

I’ve been at the gym everyday working hard lifting more than I should killed my legs last week almost died.. been trying not to eat junk food or fast food, and stretching everyday..
I just don’t want this blubber anymore :(
